I read with interest your comments re: the Savage...I am in the market for a bike that my wife can ride with ease. She is less than five feet tall with a 25 1/2 inch inseam, so touching the ground is a major concern for her. Also, I would like to be able to cruise around town without firing up my GoldWing every time, and the Savage might fit the bill for the both of us. Your enthusiastic comments are well taken, and I feel closer to buying a Savage because of them. I would appreciate more kudos and words of encouragement....the salespeople keep pushing me towards the V-twins on the showroom floor, but I like the "unconventionality and individuality" the Savage seems to project.
